She is the Founder and Director of Lighthouse Tours & Travel and Model Skyline Agencies, and has previously held senior marketing and management roles at leading travel and hospitality firms. A holder of a Governance Certificate from the ACT Institute and multiple professional certifications in leadership, conflict management, and business development, Ms. Wakubwa brings a wealth of commercial acumen and strategic insight to our Board.
Mr. Ephantus Weru Ndiritu

His professional journey also includes a significant stint as the General Manager for Muisaw Solutions, a logistics company operating in Kenya and Sudan. Joining Mega Universal Capital Solutions in 2014, Mr. Mutembei has demonstrated exceptional growth within the organization, progressing from Branch Manager to Business Development Manager and currently holding the position of General Manager. His strategic vision has profoundly influenced our organizational direction, fostering innovation and a client-centric approach.
